ignoring new regulations regarding the information that they must include on company
emails. Since the beginning of the year it has been necessary to include the
information previously compulsory for headed paper. European regulations require
clear identification of the company and a means of rapidly getting in touch.

In addition latest legal advice is to add a disclaimer to all emails to reduce the
liability of companies with respect to things such as breach of confidentiality,
employer's liability and virus damage to recipients computers.
